I received my Visa with this site on it. I know the person is from London as He/She paid a TFL Penalty Charge also using my card. So I know this person from that area. I'm not sure why any company would allow a person to use someone else's cc. My Ref. #744180****600191****262. This is the Reference # the person was given, so I know I should be able to be given info. on where this was sent. Please help stop crime!!!! We all pay for Lazy, worthless, & slummy people who don't care if they work for a living.

Just got off the phone with Microsoft Store about Win 8 download on 12/25/2012 and bank card being debited on 12/26/2012. Technical said it was my fault because I didn't retain product key number. The number was never issued , no confirmation email, either. My emails run back to 2007. Beta worked , the Win 8 download worked until Microsoft updated to 8.1 over night. The next day I received a BSOD as morning surprise. Microsoft says I am lying even though I have a valid bank statement stating Arvato Digital extracted money from my account. Most of the employees I talked to said they never heard of Arvato.

I want to add my voice to the vast chourous of angry customers who have been down a crazy rabbit hole dealing with Avarto/Microsoft with Win8 product upgrades and add-ons. I was charged twice for a Media Center Add-on to Windows 8 Professional, and both times Avarto responded that my card was not verified. I then spent the next 9 hours on the phone with Microsoft Support (tech, billing, Microsoft store) who kept referring me to each others' departments and acting as if they never heard of such a thing despite the fact that this has apparently happened to at least hundreds of people. Finally, I let a MS tech do I remote desktop to my machine, and then I let him actually see the charges on my card account, and then the MS tech tried to say the bank was now blocking transactions and that the charges would drop off automatically, so that's why the add on feature couldn't be added, so I conferenced in my card services with the MS tech, and they told the MS tech, "No, those charges WILL post in 24 hours, they are real, and no we are not blocking Microsoft or Avarto", and then the tech said he would refer the case to the "back office", and they would respond in 7-10 days. I kid you not. If this is a E-Business model that Microsoft is keeping, they're in trouble, and there is no transparency to the billing people at MS why these transactions fail, and they seem either uneducated about this common problem or trained to deny it and point to other unrelated things or deny there is any problem at all. To be fair, Microsoft shares some blame here because they stuck us with Avarto, but I want 9 hours of my life and my money back, and it would be nice to get the Media Center Software I was trying to buy, but I am so beaten down from dealing with this freak circus, that I'd settle for just never doing business with Microsoft or Avarto for any online software or upgrades ever again. If you are thinking of upgrading Microsoft Windows or adding a Windows feature via their online upgrade services, be aware you could be charged (and more than once), and never receive the product, and have to take a day off from work just to get anybody to take your complaint seriously.

Hello, I purchased on your web site a licence for Windows 8 and the payment was debited on August the 26th. I inform you that I never received the e-mail with the licence number. Consequently I cannot use it. It is not normal debited my account before receiving the product. This software was downloaded and disk was burned. Everything seemed okay. upon install asks for key and key that was emailed with order, Seller of record, product key, order # and address of sender was input and a popup appears stating invalid key try again. I tried several times with no luck. I have made two disks and tried both numerous times reaching the same ending "enter key code" improper key code etc. The seller of record is: Arvato digital services, llc, 29011 Comerce Center Drive Valencia, CA 91355 Item was payed for through Paypal. Ms Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant takes you to the Arvato Distribution GmbH which is a German Company, for payment. I tried to submit payment request 10 times but they were all rejected with an invalid payment info message. The information was in fact all correct, and however my Bank informs me that a charge of £24.99 was in fact applied. The Arvato Distribution Company never gave any acknoledgement, no software was delivered. I am trying to get my money back but it is impossible to find any contact information with this to Arvato Distribution. I am very pissed.

I did not order window8 or anything else from this company. My checking account has been charged 169.99 TWICE for a total of $399.98 for a product I did not order. Please take these charges off my account and stop charging me. My account has been suspended until further action is taken. This is not okay with me and I will be contacting my bank and their administers to see what action I need to take if this matter does not get resolved to my satisfaction. These kinds of issues are why we mistrust companies.Please resolve this issue ASAP!!!

I ordered Windows 8 in mid January, When I received the email conformation, I clicked the link for download, during the windows 8 build, McAffee protection said a Trojan was removed, during one of the reboot processes my Dell windows 7 laptop crashed. I then ordered the disk from the same email and received acknowledgement of order. March 11, still no disk. My Dell will not acknowledge the windows 7 backup disk. The machine is totally useless until I get the Windows 8 disk. Why does Microsoft support this company for their software supplies? Can anyone help get a response for me?

I was very happy with the 15$ offer of Microsoft Windows 8. I download the upgrade tool to install it on my computer, after some days that not work, standing on the loading page, (just before the payment and adress data page), one day I arrived to the payment screen. After completing the process of payment, it appeared an error, payment seems not to be made. But after trying six times, with no result, I discover 6 charges on my bank account. I am trying to contact them and Microsoft, but I didnt receive any response of any of them.

I wanted to take advantage of the Windows 8 upgrade discount offer which would expire soon. I went through all the usual steps, but upon trying to make the purchase of the product key to activate the software, I tried multiple times to do so through a credit card transaction, each time being explicitly informed that the transaction had failed. I ended up paying through PayPal instead. I received a receipt from PayPal and product key from Microsoft as should be expected. However, upon checking my online bank statement, it appears that Arvato, who process the normal credit card transactions for the Windows 8 upgrade program, had still managed to charge me for each of the "failed" transactions, costing $39.99 each. I received no receipts, product keys or other indication that these charges had occurred, and in fact had been informed by the program that the transactions had failed.

I ordered Windows 8 Pro and a backup DVD on order # WD0765**** on 12/19/2012. As of Jan. 7, 2013, I have not received my DVD. My credit card has been charged $58.69 and I have received an email that states my DVD is on the way. The order summary I printed at the time of order lists this: Window 8 Pro $39.99 Backup DVD $14.99 Sub Total $54.98 Shipping Charge $2.49 Tax $1.22 Total $58.69 This total ($58.69) has been charged to the Discover Card account that it was order on.

I bought Windows 8 with a DVD copy for a total amount of $37.34 after a rebate from Microsoft. The invoice from Microsoft shows exactly this amount. I don't know why but Arvato Digital company which was responsible for the transaction charged me $66.08 for this order instead of $37.34. When I realized the fact, I sent them six messages to explain the problem and get a refund. They never answered my messages and I never got any refund. I think that their consumer service is a fake and that this is a steal. I don't recommend this company.
